I have been watching the second season of Bridgerton (I know I'm so late on my shows), and today I feel like the modern version of Lady Whistledown. No gossip, just love, updates to share and hopes that sharing my healing journey will keep you on track too. So with that being said, How are you doing, love? If no one has told you today, I will: I love you!
I love you, and I am so proud of you. I see you, girl, healing, growing, and putting in the work. As we enter this Fall/Winter season and the days get shorter, I want to remind you to take care of yourself. Keep with that routine. Do your self-care. And get outside when you can. I know, I know. Cold weather, pero you have to keep that body moving to release that stagnant energy.
I have been reading You Can Heal Your Life By Louise Hay with my therapist, and here are some deets.
My Celebratory Moments this session:
My thoughts become my reality. I have been working on letting my negative thoughts just pass on. I either do this by not marinating on them when they come and letting them come and go or by saying to myself in my head, "Out!"
Realizing my beliefs around money and making a choice this week to write 5 positive ones in place of them.
Reminding myself, "I am the shit!"
Quotes and Affirmations I have been loving from the book:
The past has no power over me because I am willing to learn and change.
You are the power in your world! You get whatever you choose to think!
In the affinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I no longer choose to believe in old limitations and lack. I now choose to begin to see myself as the Universe sees me- perfect, whole, and complete. I will always be perfect, whole, and complete. I now choose to live my life from this understanding. I am in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing. All is well in my world.
